Parking

Off-street, on-site parking is available on a first-come, first serve basis

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made 5 days prior to your day of arrival. Guests who do not cancel within this time will be charged for a one-night stay with tax.

We accept major credit cards American Express, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa.

Check-in Time

Check-in time is at 3pm, and check-out time is at 11am. If late checkout is requested, there may be an additional fee. Early check-in time will be extended with no extra fee when available.

Guarantee Policy

We guarantee the specific room or suite or class of room or suite that you booked. If we are unable to honor your reservation, you will be upgraded to the next level of room or suite at no additional charge.

Pet Policy

Although The Nicholas does not allow pets, if you need assistance finding accommodations for your furry family member, we are happy to provide recommendations for local boarding facilities.
